Growing up as kids, birthday celebrations were so easy. It was very easy to pick a favorite theme for the party, venue to host your party. Pretty sure you recall how you always want the same color of cake or frosting made each year. Simply put, as kids we care less about many things. But growing up you get tired of parties and want to do something different. Why not try spending a whole day at a museum. Birthday in a museum? Sounds a bit out of the way but if you are an art aficionado, this is a great idea for you. You can have this alone time where you walk around a museum, gaze at the beautiful works of art and connect with the mysteries that lies beneath.

You can work with the planner to paint a picture of what you want or leave it up to the planner to surprise you. Pick an exquisite venue the party and a planner is sure to create a masterpiece piece. It could be a bash in your local pub, a party in your backyard, a pool party, a cocktail,a masquerade, or right in your neighbor’s field. If you want to make it a theme party, oh well that will also be fine. Don't poke your nose in the planners business and you'll be greeted by an array of colors and a heart thrilling fun party!

Be your own superhero 

Do something that makes you proud - Are you out of option? Go to the top of the tallest building in your state or country. You could travel a couple of miles away, it's a risk that's totally worth taking if you want to celebrate your birthday differently. Go up there and take breath taking pictures in a perfect golden light. Hire a photographer and have a few shots of that screams "I'm the king of the world".   If you'd rather do this on a mountain, hike to the top of a mountain. Raise your hands above your head, looking at the picturesque scene of the city, feel free to make a video of yourself feeling like your own hero. Some other ideas of things you can do? Take on that scary adventure off your bucket list, reach out to your dentist and take that bold step of removing a bad tooth, yes you might be scared but here's a perfect opportunity to do it. Talk about craziness, walk right into a barber shop chop off your long hair and let people see what you look like on low cuts. How about attempting that Italian recipe you always thought was too hard to get around. Think about anything that makes you feel like your own Captain America and do just that.

In conclusion – It’s okay to love parties and presents and ice cream and cake and a couple of other treats. But if you are poised to do celebrate your birthday differently, then go all out for what you want and enjoy your day to the fullest. But don’t forget to blow off a candle and make a wish.
